The role offers a manageable caseload of approximately 70 files, supported by dedicated administrative staff. Newly qualified conveyancers will benefit from ongoing training and
mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing excellent client care and communication throughout the process
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Good IT and organisational abilities
