About the Role
We are not building a generic gym brand, and we are not looking to flood feeds with 21-year-old fitness influencers doing gym selfies. Our primary audience is affluent, health-optimizing men who appreciate luxury alongside health conscious niches from founders and executives optimizing longevity to couples researching fertility, endocrine health, and the impact of synthetic fabrics/microplastics on the body.
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships & Performance Content Manager to own our creator pipeline end-to-end. You will scout, secure, and brief non-traditional creators across distinct niches, converting inbound and outbound relationships into high-converting whitelisted assets, and paid social ad creative.
What You’ll Do
- Niche Creator Discovery & Sourcing: Identify and recruit creators outside traditional fitness tropes, focusing on longevity, biohackers, wellness doctors, fertility/holistic health voices, quiet-luxury menswear creators, and founder/business profiles.
- Inbound & Outbound Partnership Management: Manage all inbound creator inquiries and proactively hunt for high-credibility talent, turning interest into structured content and whitelisting agreements.
- Whitelisting & Ad Licensing Architecture: Secure usage rights, Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, and creator whitelisting permissions to turn organic content into high-performing paid ads.
- Direct Response Creative Briefing: Write sharp, angle-driven creative briefs (hooks, natural fiber vs. Synthetic messaging, microplastics/fertility angles, visual aesthetics) tailored to each creator’s native style.
- High-Volume Content Pipeline: Run a structured pipeline to ensure a steady weekly volume of raw assets, product demos, and authentic UGC across our full product range.
- Creative Performance Feedback Loop: Partner with media buying to track hook rates, thumbstops, CTRs, and ROAS. Take top-performing angles, identify creative fatigue, and iterate new briefs to scale what works.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ Years in Creator Management & DTC Paid Creative: Direct experience scouting, negotiating, and briefing creators where the content was used for paid acquisition.
- Deep Angle & Audience Understanding: Ability to tailor messaging to distinct customer mindsets rather than relying on generic gym marketing.
- Whitelisting & Paid Social Acumen: Hands-on experience setting up Meta/TikTok creator access, and licensing terms.
- Commercial Negotiation Skills: Confident closing cost-effective creator deals focused on performance, usage rights, and multi-month content retainers.
- Extreme Ownership: You run the pipeline autonomously, enforce delivery timelines, reject off-brand submissions, and continuously test new creator niches.
