Role Description
The Operational Specialist is a contract role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines time on-site with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will oversee day-to-day microhub operations, including monitoring fleet activity, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring operational processes are followed.
Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, supporting capacity planning, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in the implementation of new tools and workflows. The Operational Specialist will help ensure that operational standards, safety procedures, and sustainability goals are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
- Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization, logistics, or supply chain environments.

- Comfort using software tools and dashboards to manage workflows and monitor performance.
