How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About TAINA

TAINA is an established, award-winning RegTech company trusted by some of the world's largest financial institutions, professional services firms, and digital platforms. Our clients include global banks, leading asset managers, Big Four firms and financial services organisations operating in highly regulated environments.

Backed by a strong investor base including SIX, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Anthemis, TAINA has spent over a decade building enterprise-grade tax operations technology, helping organisations reduce risk, improve customer experience and transform compliance operations.

Today, we are entering our next chapter.

We are building what we believe will become the world's first Agentic AI Tax Operations Platform, transforming how global enterprises manage tax operations, regulatory compliance, onboarding, remediation, documentation management, monitoring and governance. Our vision extends beyond software. We are building the tax infrastructure for the global financial ecosystem.

As we bring this category-defining platform to market, we are seeking an exceptional Go-To-Market Lead with proven experience launching and scaling AI-native enterprise products.

    The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales or marketing role.

We are looking for an executive-level leader who understands how to successfully bring AI-native products to enterprise markets, particularly within regulated industries.

You will own the commercial strategy, positioning, market adoption and scaling of TAINA's next generation AI platform. Working directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will help define category positioning, product packaging, pricing strategy, risk and governance messaging, commercial models and enterprise adoption frameworks.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape an entirely new category at the intersection of Agentic AI, enterprise software and regulatory technology.

    Key Responsibilities

    Go-To-Market Strategy

    • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for TAINA's AI-native product portfolio.
    • Define market positioning, value propositions and category creation strategies.
    • Establish product launch frameworks and commercialisation plans.
    • Identify target markets, buyer personas and enterprise adoption pathways.
    • Drive product-market fit validation and scaling initiatives.

    AI Product Commercialisation

    • Lead the commercialisation of AI-native and agentic workflow products.
    • Define packaging, licensing, pricing and monetisation models.
    • Build business cases demonstrating value, ROI and operational impact.
    • Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling business outcomes for enterprise buyers.
    • Shape commercial approaches for new AI capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.

    Enterprise AI Adoption

    • Engage with senior executives at enterprise organisations to understand adoption barriers and buying requirements.
    • Develop approaches for AI governance, risk, trust and explainability conversations.
    • Build frameworks that support client confidence in enterprise AI deployment.
    • Help customers understand the operational, financial and strategic implications of agentic AI adoption.

    Commercial Leadership

    • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to align execution.
    • Contribute to strategic planning as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
    • Support investor, board and strategic partnership discussions where required.
    • Develop market education, thought leadership and category-building initiatives.

    Product Lifecycle Management

    • Influence product roadmap decisions through market insight and customer feedback.
    • Understand the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-native products from concept to scale.
    • Assess market opportunities, commercial risks and investment priorities.
    • Monitor competitor activity and emerging AI market trends.

    Required Experience

    Essential

    • Proven experience bringing AI-native enterprise software products to market.
    • Experience launching entirely new products or product categories.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise software commercialisation.
    • Strong understanding of AI adoption within large organisations.
    • Experience developing pricing, packaging and commercial models for AI-based solutions.
    • Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders within large enterprises.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS economics and commercial scaling strategies.
    • Experience creating and executing enterprise go-to-market strategies.

    Highly Desirable

    • Experience within RegTech, FinTech, tax technology, compliance technology or broader financial services technology.
    • Experience commercialising agentic AI, workflow automation or autonomous systems.
    • Understanding of AI governance, explainability, auditability and regulatory considerations.
    • Experience selling into banks, capital markets firms, asset managers, financial institutions or other regulated sectors.
    • Experience building new markets through thought leadership and category creation.

    What Success Looks Like

Within this role, you will help TAINA:

    • Establish market leadership in Agentic AI for Tax Operations.
    • Create and own the commercial narrative for a new category of enterprise AI.
    • Accelerate adoption amongst global financial institutions.
    • Develop scalable commercial models for AI-native offerings.
    • Position TAINA as the recognised authority in AI-driven tax operations.
    • Support the company's ambition to become foundational infrastructure within the global tax ecosystem
