We’re recruiting for an Administrator to join a growing construction business in Newport, Wales. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively to support project teams. Responsibilities
Manage project documentation and information using Viewpoint and Procore.
Maintain accurate project records and document control systems.
Support the control and distribution of drawings, specifications and related documents.
Ensure all document control procedures, naming conventions and version control processes are adhered to.
Assist with client deliverables and project information requirements.
Gather and prepare O&M manuals and Health & Safety documentation.Must-have Requirements
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Organised and proactive approach to managing tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.Nice-to-have Skills
Previous document control experience within construction.
