Electrician – Gas Central Heating Systems
Location: Glasgow and surrounding areas
Salary: price per job and fall back rate.
Job Type: Direct Labour /Full Time
We are looking for an Electrician to join our team, specialising in electrical work associated with gas central heating systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, fault-finding and maintaining electrical systems connected to domestic heating installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical installation and wiring for gas central heating systems
* Wiring boilers, heating controls, thermostats, pumps and associated equipment
* Fault-finding and electrical testing
* Carrying out repairs and maintenance
* Working alongside heating engineers and other trades
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Maintaining good customer service and professional standards
Requirements
* Qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications
* Experience working with central heating systems is highly desirable
* Good knowledge of heating controls and electrical fault-finding
* Full UK driving licence
* Reliable, professional and able to work independently
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
