How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Coach and mentor senior stakeholders to embed agile principles, behaviours, and product-centric ways of working.
Drive cultural and mindset change, helping teams focus on customer value and measurable business outcomes.
Analyse delivery metrics, trends, and performance data to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and improve team productivity.
Support labs in optimising workflows, delivery cadence, team structures, and agile practices.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and providing coaching to bring teams back on track when required.

    Essential Experience

    Agile Coaching & Leadership

Proven experience working as an Agile Coach, Business Agility Lead, or in a similar transformation-focused role.
Demonstrable track record of coaching senior leaders and influencing at executive level.
Experience driving agile adoption within large, complex organisations.
    Relevant agile certifications such as:

    Strong hands-on experience with:

    Jira Align
    Confluence
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and when to apply different frameworks to achieve the best outcomes.

    Stakeholder Management

Comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders several levels above your role, including Lab Leaders, Product Leaders, and Technology Leaders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to balance change initiatives alongside operational delivery priorities.

    Desirable Experience

Financial Services or other regulated industry experience.
Product Management or Product Leadership background.
Experience supporting both transformation and business-as-usual delivery environments.
Knowledge of scaled agile operating models within large enterprises.

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with two interviewers and will include:

    Role and experience-based competency questions
    Agile coaching and leadership scenarios
