You'll be working in a showroom environment, helping customers with parts and products while supporting the wider team. Deal with customer enquiries face-to-face, by telephone and email
Assist with sales of parts and associated products
Identify parts and support workshop requirements
Receive and distribute goods
Process payments accurately
Maintain a professional showroom environment
Support the team during busy periodsWhat we're looking for

Previous retail, sales or parts experience is desirable
Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural or machinery products would be beneficial
Good customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Good computer and numeracy skills
Strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
