As a Plumber, you'll be responsible for maintaining the site's plumbing systems and supporting the wider facilities operation, including:
Carrying out routine and reactive plumbing maintenance
Repairing and maintaining mains water systems
Diagnosing faults and identifying issues with plumbing equipment
Inspecting plumbing systems and carrying out water sampling
Completing risk assessments and compliance checks
Supporting general maintenance duties when required
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standardsWhat we're looking for
To be successful in this Plumber role, you should have:
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
Previous experience carrying out plumbing maintenance within a commercial environment
Good knowledge of plumbing and heating systems
Strong fault-finding skills
Legionella awareness is desirable
