Are you a recent graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in education? A welcoming primary school in Basingstoke is looking for a motivated Graduate SEN TA to join their supportive team.
As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and succeed in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with SEN on an individual and small-group basis.
Assist teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons.
Deliver targeted learning and behaviour interventions.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals.
About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
A genuine passion for supporting children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach.
An interest in education, psychology, teaching, or SEN.
