How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator
    Location: Milton Keynes
    Work Model: Hybrid

    If so, we are looking for a motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Client Services and Operational Delivery teams on a full-time and permanent basis.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, relationship building, and ensuring that business commitments are delivered efficiently and effectively.
    About the role:
    In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating internal resources, managing schedules, supporting operational delivery, and providing an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with colleagues across multiple teams, you will help maximise diary availability and achieve performance targets whilst contributing to operational success.
    What you'll be doing:
    * Proactive diary management which involves managing schedules, bookings, and resource allocation for our Audit and Training delivery teams.
    * Coordinating activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to meet operational targets and service commitments.
    * Monitoring workloads, utilisation levels, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimisation.
    * Communicating confidently with clients and colleagues via telephone, email, and virtual meetings.
    * Build strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage expectations, and support business objectives.
    * Handle administrative and system-based processes accurately and within agreed service levels.
    * Support planning activities, reporting requirements, and operational projects as required.
    * Manage changing priorities whilst finding practical solutions to scheduling and delivery challenges.
    Required experience:
    * Experience in a planning, coordination, administration, customer service, and/or an operations support role.
    * Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    * Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
    * Experience working to targets, KPIs, or service level agreements.
    * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
    * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    * Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
    * Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar would be desirable.
    Language Requirements: English with European languages desirable e.g. German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and French.

    Salary Range
    The base salary for this position can range from £26,775 - £28,000 per annum; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to; candidate competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons
