Location: Stourport
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator in Stourport.
Main duties:
- Keep the portal up to date and notify clients by email for any new additions or removals
- Update the toll accounts so that they have the correct vehicles listed on them for each area
- Email engineers’ reminders when their vehicle MOT is due
- Update vehicle trackers with engineers’ names as and when they switch vans or when we have new starters
- Order fuel cards and update the Fuel cards tab on the Vehicles spreadsheet
- Assist engineers with booking in repairs or services for their van
- Driving Licence checks for engineers
- Monthly Mileage report
- Book services in for the crane truck
- Report vehicle incidents/accidents
- Ensure Vehicles spreadsheet is kept up to date
- Annual CO2 Emissions Vans Spreadsheet
- Keep the Vehicles Sharepoint spreadsheet up to date for Spain and help Spain with any queries regarding budget for Vans
Previous experience/skills required:
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel
- Organisation
