What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable.
Previous experience working within EYFS and Year 1 settings.
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
Confidence delivering both small group interventions and one-to-one support.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Proven school-based experience supported by strong references.The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 1 classroom.
Providing dedicated one-to-one support for a child with SEN.
Assisting with interventions to support academic and social development.
Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
