Key Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator in Addlestone, you'll provide essential administrative & helpdesk support to the account delivery team. Responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with the client & account delivery team
Managing & updating systems including Maximo
Providing a professional helpdesk service
Supporting the account delivery team with day-to-day administration
Completing general administrative duties
Escalating identified issues to line management when required
Working within company processes, procedures & guidelines
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Previous administration, helpdesk or service coordination experience
A valid DBS check
Strong communication & customer service skills
Good IT & systems knowledge
Excellent organisation & attention to detail
