MadiganGill are currently looking for a Site Manager for an immediate start in Nottingham.
Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.
Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.
General duties will include but are not limited to:
General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety
On site co-ordination of labour
Ensuring company procedures are followed.This is a long term ongoing position.
As a Site Manager you must have:
Valid CSCS Card
Valid First aid at work
In date SMSTS
Previous experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes
