What we’re looking for:
* Current NMC registration with an active PIN
* Previous experience within nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare environments
* Tracheostomy and ventilator training highly desirable
* Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt, prioritise, and remain calm in fast-paced clinical settings
* A compassionate, person-centred approach to care
* Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism at all times
Your role as a Registered Nurse with Fusion 24 may include:
* Delivering safe, high quality nursing care in line with NMC and clinical standards
* Administering medication and closely monitoring patient health and wellbeing
* Developing, reviewing, and implementing individualised care plans
* Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safeguarding and compliance policies

* Working across a variety of nursing homes and private healthcare services based on your preferences
