Are you an experienced building services engineer looking to join a growing engineering operation across a prestigious London portfolio?
A leading Facilities Management provider is expanding its engineering team and is recruiting Shift Leads and Shift Technicians. With operations growing from one location to two, this is an opportunity to join a 12-person engineering team working as part of a flexible London network rather than being tied to a single building.
The Role Depending on your level, you’ll:

Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across critical building services.
Work across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, depending on your technical background.
Support engineering operations across two major Central London locations.
Diagnose faults and ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently.
Complete additional shift cover and overtime when required.
For Shift Leads, lead engineers from the front while supporting the day-to-day management of the contract.
Communicate effectively with the client and maintain high service standards.
Support safe systems of work, compliance and engineering best practice. You We’re interested in engineers from a range of technical backgrounds, including:

Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC engineering.
Recognised trade qualifications relevant to your discipline.
Commercial building services or Facilities Management experience.
Strong fault-finding and maintenance capabilities.
A flexible approach to working across multiple locations.
Good communication and customer-facing skills. For Shift Lead positions, experience in LV systems or Authorised Person responsibilities would be particularly advantageous, alongside previous supervisory or leadership experience. HVAP experience is welcomed but not essential.
What’s in it for you?
Shift Leads – up to £60,000.
Shift Technicians – up to approximately £55,000.
Salary includes shift allowance.
7am–7pm / 7pm–7am continental shift pattern.
Day and night shifts.
