Description
* Plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Support donor acquisition, retention and development activities
* Manage supporter journeys to increase engagement and lifetime value
* Coordinate campaigns with internal teams, agencies and suppliers
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations
* Manage budgets, expenditure and campaign reporting
* Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines
* Support continuous improvement through testing, learning and optimisation initiatives
Profile
* Experience in direct marketing, fundraising or campaign delivery
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
* Strong copywriting skills across a range of channels and audiences
* Experience using data and campaign results to inform future activity
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Understanding of supporter acquisition, retention and engagement principles
* Strong organisational skills with a proactive and results-focused approach
* Numerate, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality supporter experiences
Job Offer
Salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per year, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in London - 3 days in the office (Hybrid)
