About the Company
We are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to protecting people and property through innovative fire safety and security solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales initiatives and drive growth within the sector.
The Role
In this pivotal leadership role, you will take ownership of the sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will be responsible for expanding our B2B market share while ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts within the fire and security industry.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored security solutions (Fire Detection, Access Control, CCTV, and Integrated Systems).
CRM & Analysis: Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to manage pipelines, forecast sales performance, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, the competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposals are compliant, technically sound, and competitively priced.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Experience: Proven management experience leading sales teams specifically within the Fire Safety or Security industry.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fire detection systems, alarms, access control, or CCTV surveillance solutions is highly desirable.
Systems: Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales processes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and market trends.
