The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Plumber on behalf of a well-established employer based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumber with strong multi-trade skills to join a busy maintenance team offering a competitive salary and stable employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing and maintenance tasks, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Working Hours
4 weekdays per week: 11:30am - 8:00pm
Saturdays: 8:30am - 4:00pm
1 weekday and Sunday off each week
Shift pattern is fixed with no flexibility on start or finish times
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance works
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults efficiently
Completing a range of associated multi-skilled maintenance tasks
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Maintaining accurate records of work completed
Driving a transit van when required across Manchester City Centre locations
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
Previous experience within a maintenance or facilities environment
Strong multi-trade skills and experience carrying out general repairs
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Good communication and customer service skills
Own hand tools required for interview assessment
