Our client are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team to work closely with employees and senior leader in the business. The role will cover ER, recruitment, L&D, reward and benefits and onboarding.

Role & Responsibilities:

Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
Analysing workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations that improve people management practices.
Coaching and developing managers to build capability in handling people matters and promoting best practice.
Leading recruitment and talent management activities, ensuring effective attraction, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
Ensuring compliance with employment law, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimising organisational risk. 
Essential Skills & Experience:

CIPD Level 5 or higher
Experience working in the manufacturing industry or similar
Confident making decisions
Experience with employee relations cases
