How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Salary: 35-40K
    Type: Permanent

    The Opportunity

We are working with a highly regarded, award-winning international design practice who are looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to join their London team, working predominantly across corporate interiors and workplace projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect looking to move into project management, or a junior Project Manager with an architectural, interior design or project management background who is looking to develop their career within a leading design practice.

You will work closely with design teams, clients and consultants, gaining exposure to the commercial, organisational and delivery aspects of complex projects.

    The Role

You will support the successful delivery of corporate interior projects, helping to manage scope, programme, budget, resources and quality.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    * Supporting project delivery across programme, budget, scope and quality.

    * Assisting with fees, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, variations and commercial reporting.

    * Coordinating resources, schedules, deliverables and project information.

    * Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and project teams.

    * Identifying and managing project risks and helping resolve issues.

    * Supporting proposals, bids, interviews and fee submissions.

    * Developing your knowledge of BIM, digital project management tools and project management systems.

    * Contributing to the wider team and supporting continuous improvement.

    About You

We are looking for someone with the drive and potential to develop into an excellent Project Manager.

    You will ideally have:

    * A degree in Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.

    * Experience within an architecture, interiors or design environment.

    * An understanding of the design process and RIBA Stages.

    * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

    * Confidence communicating with designers, consultants, clients and wider project teams.

    * An interest in the commercial side of project delivery, including budgets, fees and contracts.

    * A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and solve problems.

    * An interest in BIM and digital project delivery; Revit experience would be advantageous.

    * A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM/APMP or similar would be desirable but is not essential.

    The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career at the intersection of design, project delivery and commercial management, working alongside experienced professionals on high-quality corporate interior projects.

Whether you're an architect ready to make the move into project management or an early-career Project Manager looking to develop within a leading design environment, this role offers excellent exposure, support and long-term career potential.
