How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Revenue Analysis Executive
    Melton Mowbray
    Competitive Salary
    Monday–Friday
    39 hours per week
Can you turn numbers into opportunities?
Do you want to build your commercial career?
Are you naturally curious about why guests buy what they buy?
Do you enjoy working with numbers, spotting patterns and asking, “What does this tell us?”
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to turn your analytical mindset into a rewarding commercial career.
We are looking for a Revenue Analysis Executive to join our exclusive client.
A dedicated destination spa in a supportive, hands-on role. Working closely with the Revenue Manager, you’ll gain valuable experience in how pricing, packages, availability and guest behaviour come together to drive sales and revenue.
This isn’t a senior revenue management position — and you don’t need years of experience. What we’re really looking for is curiosity, commercial instinct and a genuine appetite to learn.
    The Role
You’ll help turn data into insight, and insight into action.
    Your day could include:
    - Preparing reports and analysing package performance.
    - Monitoring booking trends and guest demand.
    - Supporting the set-up and performance tracking of offers.
    - Monitoring partner and booking-channel activity.
    - Identifying emerging trends and revenue opportunities.
    - Helping teams understand where the biggest commercial opportunities lie.
    - Working with Reservations, Enquiries, Voucher Sales, Reception, Marketing and operational teams.
    - Supporting the Revenue Manager with day-to-day commercial analysis and coordination.
But most importantly, you’ll learn to look beyond the headline numbers.
Imagine, for example, that a lower-priced spa package appears less attractive from a revenue perspective. But what if removing an inclusive treatment gives guests the freedom to choose additional treatments, experiences or extras during their visit?
Suddenly, the picture looks very different.
That’s the kind of commercial thinking you’ll develop in this role.
    The Ideal Candidate
You might be a graduate, an early-career professional or an experienced administrator ready to take your career in a more analytical direction.
    Will have:
    - A naturally curious mind and a habit of asking “why?”
    - Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets and detail.
    - Strong attention to accuracy.
    - A commercial mindset and an interest in how different revenue streams connect.
    - The ability to turn data into clear, straightforward messages.
    - A proactive, organised approach and the determination to see things through.
    - An interest in hospitality, spa, leisure, travel, retail or customer experience.
Your potential, curiosity and willingness to learn matter most.
    You will learn.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in revenue strategy and commercial analysis, including:
    - How pricing, availability, package mix and guest demand influence revenue.
    - How to create and maintain effective reports, dashboards and analysis.
    - How partnerships, online offers, vouchers and booking channels contribute to performance.
    - How to support commercial decisions with clear evidence and insight.
    - How different teams work together to maximise both the guest experience and commercial return.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn from an experienced Revenue Manager while gaining exposure to the wider commercial operation — giving you a valuable foundation for a long-term career in revenue management, commercial analysis or hospitality.
    Benefits.
You’ll be part of a fun, friendly and welcoming team where your development genuinely matters.
Alongside exciting opportunities to learn, grow and progress, you’ll enjoy a fantastic range of benefits:
    - Complimentary breakfast, lunch and tea during working hours, plus regular treats.
    - Free on-site parking.
    - Staff accommodation may be available, subject to availability.
    - Access to fantastic facilities.
    - Generous discounts across retail and food & drink outlets.
    - Opportunities to earn gratuities on top of your basic salary.
    - Employee referral scheme and long-service rewards.
    - Recognition rewards including vouchers, gift cards, chocolates and fizz.
    - Employee Wellbeing Programme with confidential support, wellness apps and 1,000+ discounts.
    - A supportive environment with genuine opportunities to learn, grow and progress.
Bring your curiosity. Build your commercial career. Make your numbers count.
This role is immediately available for the right person, therefore don't delay in sending your application to Jon Goodman by emailing us or telephoning (phone number removed) quoting J10651.
