We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a full‑time Warehouse Operative / picker - packer based in Hethel. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Role Details:
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
* Location: Hethel (own transport essential due to location, no local public transport available)
* Breaks: 2 × 30‑minute breaks
Performance Targets & Bonus Structure:
* Picking:
* Daily target: 262 kg Bonus: £25/day for achieving 362 kg/day
* Packing:
* Daily target: 300 orders
* Bonus: £25/day for achieving 380 orders/day

* Reliable and punctual individuals
* Ability to work to daily performance targets
* Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
* Must have own transport due to location
