THE ROLE:
As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will require you to work on a wide range of projects throughout the UK. You will be involved; procurement and costing and agreements of variations to contracts. Additionally, your role will require you to supervise and control the works of any junior or external Quantity Surveyors that that company may employ from time to time.

THE PERSON:
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have a good Building Services/ Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) understanding with experience of working in a similar role. Someone with Building Services knowledge and experience of working on projects in different sectors would be ideal.
