MTrec Commercial are currently supporting our industry leading client on their search to appoint an experienced and professional administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a maternity cover role. If you have the required experience, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
* General daily administration tasks
* Reception duties
* Answering calls
* Providing excellent customer service
* Data Entry
* Daily use of all Microsoft applications
About You;
* Previous administration/reception experience is essential
* Professional telephone manner
* Flexible and a team please
* Able to work well in small groups
* Able to work Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30pm & Friday 8am – 2:30pm
