Corporate M&A Associate (2-5 PQE)
We are partnering with a market-leading legal team that is looking to appoint a talented Corporate M&A Associate with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions, advising an impressive client base across a broad range of sectors.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-5 years' PQE gained with a leading national or international law firm.
- Strong Corporate M&A experience, with additional exposure to the insurance or telecommunications sectors viewed favourably.
- Excellent technical, drafting and transaction management skills.
- A strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a high-performing, market-leading team.
