The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you may work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and preferences.
Responsibilities may include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Managing behaviour effectively
* Differentiating learning to meet individual needs
* Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate feedback
* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
* Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
* Supporting pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential
For daily supply positions, you may be provided with pre-planned lessons, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from teachers who have:
* QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
* Experience teaching within a UK primary school
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
* The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
* A genuine passion for primary education
