We’re working with a successful manufacturing business in Brough, Hull, who are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead their customer service function and ensure customers receive an outstanding level of service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing a team, enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a real focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day customer service operation, supporting and developing the team while working closely with sales, production, supply chain and other internal departments.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, supporting and developing the Customer Service team
- Managing customer enquiries, orders and queries
- Building strong relationships with key customers
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with production and internal teams to meet customer deadlines
- Handling escalations and resolving issues effectively
- Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Improving processes and maintaining high customer service standards
