We are working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit an Associate into its growing Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers recognised partners on sophisticated real estate finance transactions, acting for lenders, sponsors, funds and developers.
The work will include:
- Real estate investment and development finance
- Senior and mezzanine financing
- Structured finance and portfolio transactions
- Loan and security documentation
- Exposure to infrastructure and digital asset finance
We are keen to speak with Associates with experience in Real Estate Finance, Banking & Finance or Infrastructure Finance who are looking to develop within a high-quality and growing practice.
