Salary:- £27,000 with a £38,360+ OTE
Location: Farnham
We're looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor who can hit the ground running and become an important part of family-owned Dealership Group in the Farnham Area
You'll be:
Managing customers from booking through to vehicle collection
Booking vehicles into the workshop
Advising customers on servicing, repairs and maintenance
Preparing estimates and invoices
Working closely with Technicians and the workshop
Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
Identifying genuine additional sales opportunities
Delivering a first-class customer experience
More importantly, you'll be someone who:
Knows the motor trade
Is confident dealing with customers
Understands vehicle servicing and repairs
Can manage a busy workload
Communicates well
Is commercially aware without being pushy
Takes ownership and gets things done
