How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Role: CRM Product Owner
    Location: REMOTE
    Working Arrangement: Fully remote
    Salary: Up to £51,693
Are you an experienced CRM professional who enjoys taking ownership of systems, improving processes and working with different teams to make technology work better for the business?
We’re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take ownership of two key platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, helping shape their future direction while making sure they work effectively together.
You’ll own the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into practical system changes. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand what they need from the platforms and make sure changes deliver a genuine improvement to their day-to-day work.
The role is hands-on as well as strategic. You’ll configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules and model-driven apps, as well as building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automations and integrations.
You’ll also work closely with the internal Data team and external suppliers, coordinating technical changes and making sure integrations, data flows and releases are delivered properly. There will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in data models, workflow logic and the wider data environment.
A key part of the role will be making sure both platforms are well governed. You’ll maintain clear requirements, documentation, solution designs and test plans, while monitoring platform performance, user feedback and data quality.
You’ll ideally have experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager or CRM-focused Business Analyst, with a track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs and delivery. Hands-on experience configuring a CRM such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot or Salesforce is important, as is experience building workflows, automations and process logic.
Experience with HubSpot, Power Platform, CRM transformation projects or enterprise integrations would be particularly useful.
You’ll need to be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing competing priorities and making decisions collaboratively. You’ll also need to be someone who can take ownership, challenge constructively and find practical ways to improve how things work.
The role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise across Dynamics 365, HubSpot and modern data practices, with support for further training and professional development.
If you’re looking for a role where you can take real ownership of a core CRM platform and have a direct impact on how a business works, please apply now or get in touch to find out more.
We welcome diverse applicants and are dedicated to treating all applicants with dignity and respect, regardless of background
