Duties for Part-time Property Accountant
* Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets related to property operations.
* Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to Landlords and Contractors.
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions for multiple properties.
* Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards across all property accounts.
Experience
* Property Accountancy experience preferred
* Strong background in financial accounting and financial services with a focus on property portfolios.
* Familiarity with accounts payable processes, financial management systems, and general ledger maintenance.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Trustworthy and keen eye for detail.
This role for the Part-Time Property Accountant would be a part-time role with a maximum of 15 hours per week.
Based in the office one day a week, then two days work from home.
