How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Location: Lambeth, South London
    Pay: £108.35 per day
    Start Date: September 2026

    Learning Support Assistant Required - Autism Resource Provision (ARP) A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their Autism Resource Provision (ARP) from September.
    This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex learning needs, helping them access learning, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes within a nurturing educational environment.
    The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

    Support pupils with Autism and complex needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
    Assist students in accessing learning activities tailored to their individual needs.
    Promote communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
    Support pupils with personal care requirements while maintaining dignity and safeguarding standards.
    Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to support pupils' development.
    Contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
    Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
    Previous experience supporting children with Autism and complex needs.
    Experience providing personal care within an educational, care, or support setting.
    A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach.
    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    Knowledge of SEND and inclusive practices.
