An established FM service provider is currently recruiting for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a high-profile commercial portfolio in Central London. This Electrical Engineer role supports a well-known entertainment client across multiple prestigious sites, predominantly within Zones 1 & 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking for a stable, Monday to Friday position with strong long-term progression and no call-out.
The Role - Electrical Engineer:
* Foot mobile position covering multiple Central London sites (Zones 1 & 2)
* Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and general building services
* Fault finding and maintenance on M&E plant and business-critical systems
* Working with BMS systems to monitor and adjust building performance
* Supporting statutory compliance including L8 water management
* Travel between sites fully covered
* No call-out requirement
Requirements – Electrical Engineer:
* City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
* Completed apprenticeship or recognised technical training scheme
* Strong knowledge of electrical services, HV/LV, AC and water treatment systems
* Experience working with BMS systems
