What you'll do:
* provide high-quality care and learning experiences
* support children's development through play and exploration
* build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence
* help deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities, including Forest School
What we're looking for:
✔ Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above)
✔ a genuine passion for working with young children
✔ strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ a positive, caring, and proactive approach
✔ commitment to delivering outstanding early years education
