What will the Learning & Development Partner role involve?

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and designing tailored learning and leadership development initiatives.
Delivering engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and learning programmes to diverse audiences, fostering behavioural change and leadership growth.
Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and driving continuous improvement to ensure maximum impact.
Building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, establishing credibility and trust as a trusted partner.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
Suitable Candidate for the Learning & Development Partner vacancy:

Proven experience designing, delivering, and implementing learning and organisational development initiatives.
Strong facilitation skills with experience working with diverse groups and senior leaders.
Demonstrable ability to influence, coach, and build effective relationships across organisational levels.
Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, balanced with a creative and adaptable approach.
Passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and making a measurable difference.
