We're looking for an exceptional Room Leader to lead one of our nursery rooms, inspiring both children and colleagues while creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
* What will you be doing?
As one of our Room Leaders, you'll:
* lead, motivate and support a dedicated team of childcare professionals
* create inspiring learning experiences that spark curiosity and imagination
* plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
* help lead our exciting weekly Forest School sessions, encouraging children to learn through nature
* build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
* ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing
* monitor children's development and celebrate every milestone
* keep your room organised, welcoming and full of opportunities to learn through play
* What we're looking for?
You'll be someone who:
* holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (essential)
* has at least 2 years' UK nursery experience
* has experience leading or supervising a small team in the UK
* has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
* is creative, energetic and passionate about giving children the very best start in life
* loves outdoor learning and enjoys getting involved in Forest School activities
* is an excellent communicator with children, parents and colleagues
* has the right to work in the UK & lives within 30-45 minute commuting time
