How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Contract: 1-year fixed term contract

    Location: London or Amsterdam (Hybrid)

    Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 GBP + 10% Bonus

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Omnichannel SAP Architecture & Warehouse Move Delivery

    *

Omnichannel Project Steering: Drive the delivery of IT initiatives focused on establishing a highly optimized, SAP-centric architecture connecting E-Commerce, Marketplaces, Retail Store fulfilment, and backend inventory layers.

    *

Warehouse Migration Coordination: Serve as the central PMO lead for critical warehouse move projects, coordinating complex system handshakes, data migrations, physical-to-digital inventory reconciliations, and 3PL transitions.

    *

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Manage day-to-day coordination and alignment between internal IT infrastructure teams, supply chain/logistics units, regional stakeholders (including Netherlands and London offices), and global HQ.

    2. IT Systems Analysis & Vendor Contract Evaluation

    *

System Matrix Auditing: Lead structured technical and functional assessments of existing IT infrastructure, mapping current-state integration flows to identify optimization areas before system changes are introduced.

    *

Contract & Vendor Evaluation: Review and evaluate third-party software, agency, and systems integrator contracts to assess performance capabilities, commercial alignment, and compliance metrics against business requirements.

    *

Change Readiness Mapping: Translate systems analysis into actionable roadmaps, highlighting dependencies and technical risks associated with decommissioning or upgrading legacy components.

    3. End-to-End Test Management (SIT & UAT)

    *

Retail/SAP Test Strategy: Author and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) blueprints, ensuring realistic retail business scenarios (such as POS-to-ERP data loops, e-commerce ordering, and 3PL warehouse inventory shifts) are fully validated.

    *

Business Alignment: Partner closely with business key users to align them with test scripts, manage resource allocation for testing windows, and maintain testing momentum.

    *

Defect & Validation Governance: Establish systematic defect tracking, prioritization, and validation loops with internal developers and external vendors to hit target readiness metrics.

    4. Cutover Planning & Hypercare Orchestration

    *

Transition Runbook Ownership: Create, refine, and drive the detailed, hour-by-hour technical and business cutover runbook for system go-lives and warehouse switchovers.

    *

Go-Live Guardrails: Ensure clear accountability, ownership, and step-by-step sign-offs for all data migration, system isolation, and cutover tasks.

    *

Hypercare Coordination: Structure and lead post-go-live Hypercare support models, triaging incoming business exceptions and coordinating rapid-response technical fixes to minimize operational disruption during critical retail trading windows.

    5. PMO Governance, Risk & Reporting

    *

RAID Log Mastery: Maintain absolute ownership over the program’s Risk, Action, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) logs, ensuring all points have clear owners and active resolution paths.

    *

Executive Reporting: Prepare structured, data-driven status reports and clear progress dashboards for IT leadership and steering committees.

    Experience

    *

8–10 years of progressive experience in IT PMO, Project Management, or Program Delivery roles.

    *

Fashion & Retail Domain Expertise: Extensive, proven track record of managing projects within the Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, or Retail industries. Must understand the operational mechanics of multi-site retail, marketplace channels, and e-commerce.

    *

SAP Ecosystem Project Footprint: Hands-on experience steering projects tied to SAP architectures (such as S/4HANA Fashion/Retail modules, SAP CAR, or major template rollouts).

    *

Systems Analysis & Contract Experience: Proven capability in leading structured IT auditing, systems analysis, or vendor contract evaluations during major corporate system overhauls.

    *

Migration Experience: Direct experience managing high-risk operational transitions, such as warehouse moves, 3PL logistics migrations, or core fulfilment platform cutovers.

    *

SAP Framework Mastery: Functional understanding of the SAP project lifecycle, data migration milestones, and standard enterprise system dependencies.
