Location: S61, Rotherham
We are looking for a skilled, time-served Fabricator to join our friendly, family-run steel fabrication business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys a varied workload.
As we specialise in bespoke fabrication, no two projects are ever the same. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of fabrication projects across multiple industries, ensuring every day brings a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
* Read, interpret, and manufacture from technical drawings
* Produce a variety of light to heavy fabrications, ranging up to 25 tonnes
* Work with a range of materials, primarily mild steel, with occasional stainless steel fabrication
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
* Demonstrate a good understanding of welding symbols and fabrication processes
* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship throughout all projects
Requirements
* Time-served Fabricator with proven industry experience
* Strong ability to work from engineering drawings
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
* Experience operating an overhead crane (licence not required)
* Able to work on their own initiative and manage workload effectively
