Responsibilities as a Registered Mental Health Nurse:
* Supporting, guiding and mentoring colleagues as part of the wider care team
* Monitoring service users’ wellbeing, accurately documenting care and promptly reporting any changes or concerns
* Assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs
Requirements as a Registered Mental Health Nurse:
* Nursing Registration (RMN)
* Previous mental health experience
