How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    BIM Coordinator

    Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire

    Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 DOE

    Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:00

    Type: Full-time

    The Role

    We are recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a specialist design team working on major sports facilities and infrastructure projects.

    You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and quality of BIM information across projects, working closely with architects, engineers, technicians and other multidisciplinary consultants.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate BIM delivery in line with project requirements and ISO 19650 principles.

    Coordinate multidisciplinary Revit models and design information.

    Undertake model reviews, clash detection and model federation using Navisworks.

    Manage model setup, links, worksets and information exchanges.

    Support BIM Execution Plans and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.

    Carry out QA reviews of Revit models, drawings and technical information.

    Provide BIM and Revit support to designers and technicians.

    Undertake Revit modelling and drawing production where required.

    Support the coordination of drainage, irrigation, heating, ventilation and associated infrastructure.

    About You

    Strong practical Autodesk Revit experience.

    Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar.

    Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design information.

    Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management.

    Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.

    Experience using a CDE such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.

    Strong technical drawing and model QA skills.

    Good communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.

    AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience would be advantageous.

    Sports industry experience is desirable but not essential, with training provided.
