How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What you’ll be doing

    Lead the B2B sales function and manage the B2B sales team to deliver sustainable commercial growth. This role is responsible for setting the direction for B2B sales across the organisation, developing and implementing sales strategies, and creating a high-performing team culture through effective people management, coaching, recruitment and development. The role will also build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue, customer retention and new business opportunities.

    * Develop, own and implement the B2B sales strategy and plan to achieve or exceed revenue, margin and customer growth targets

    * Lead, manage and motivate the B2B sales team, setting clear objectives, expectations and priorities aligned to the wider commercial strategy

    * Coach, develop and performance manage team members to build capability, accountability and a high-performing sales culture Key responsibilities

    * Track, analyse and report on sales and team performance, identifying trends, opportunities, risks and areas for development

    * Recruit, onboard and train sales colleagues, ensuring the team has the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver excellent customer outcomes

    * Drive new business development by identifying, generating and converting leads into profitable B2B customers

    * Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers, partners and internal stakeholders to support customer retention, growth and service excellence

    * Identify key target industries and develop new customer relationships

    * Lead negotiations and support the team in closing commercially sound sales opportunities

    * Work with the Head of Commercial and Marketing team to create and execute a B2B marketing plan that increases market awareness

    * Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth order and fulfilment process

    * Be the voice of the B2B customer for the business, providing insights and identifying opportunities or concerns

    We’re looking for someone who

    * 5+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the apparel and/or outdoor equipment sectors

    * Experience managing a sales team

    * Strong track record of success in achieving sales goals

    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    * Negotiation

    * People leadership and management

    * Provent ability to lead and manage a sales team

    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
