Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £31,200 - £34,320 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours + overtime
Overtime: 1.25x after 40 hours
Our client is a growing garden room business looking for an experienced Second Fix Installer, Carpenter or Joiner to join their team.
The role involves completing the internal finishing works on garden rooms following the initial installation.
Duties include:
Second fix carpentry and joinery
Hanging and adjusting internal doors
Laying flooring
Skirting and architrave
Finishing and making good
Snagging and remedial works
Using hand and power tools
Working at customer properties
Travelling to sites and occasional stayaways
The ideal candidate will have experience as a:
Second Fix Carpenter
Carpenter
Joiner
Finishing Carpenter
Multi-Skilled Operative
Property Maintenance Operative
Garden Room Installer
Requirements:
Full UK manual driving licence
Licence held for at least 12 months
Maximum 6 points
Comfortable travelling to customer sites
Willingness to occasionally stay away
Experience driving 3.5T vans, Sprinters or flatbeds is advantageous.
