Lead Package Manager

Role Overview

Position: Lead Package Manager (Infrastructure/Construction)
Duration: ASAP until 31/01/2027
Compensation: £87.50 per hour (umbrella inside IR35)
Schedule: 42.5 hours per week, with availability for weekends and nights as required by project milestones.
Location: West London

Responsibilities

As the Lead Package Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive oversight of infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet organizational objectives.
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving operational bottlenecks effectively.
Managing resource allocation and logistical scheduling for day, night, and weekend operations.
Ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Package Manager within the infrastructure or large-scale construction sector.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Technical proficiency in project management software and construction methodologies.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
