How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Head of Product - Menswear

Manchester | Competitive salary + bonus | A chance to shape the future of a rapidly growing fashion brand.

We're partnered with an ambitious, fast-moving fashion business that is entering an exciting period of growth. They're looking for a Head of Menswear with an extensive Design background to take the creative lead across the category and help define what comes next.

This role will suit someone looking to have real influence over the product, the creative direction and the evolution of the menswear offer, working closely with the senior leadership team to push the brand forward.

    What you'll be doing:

Set the creative vision and overall design direction for menswear.

Lead the development of collections from initial concept through to final product.

Identify trends, opportunities and newness that will keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Ensure every collection has a strong commercial purpose without losing its creative edge.

Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Product Development to deliver the range.

Lead and inspire the menswear design team, raising standards and encouraging new ideas.

Present concepts, ranges and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Help shape the longer-term growth strategy for the menswear division.

    We're looking for:

An experienced menswear senior designer/design leader with a strong fashion background.

    Branded fashion experience is essential.

An excellent eye for product, detail, proportion and overall aesthetic.

A genuinely high taste level and strong understanding of what resonates with today's customer.

Commercially savvy - you understand that great design has to perform.

Naturally creative, but equally confident making decisions based on data and market insight.

A strong leader who can inspire a team and confidently influence across the wider business.

Ambitious, energetic and keen to build something with significant potential.

    Why consider it?

You'll be joining at a point where there is genuine opportunity to make your mark. The menswear function is ready for its next chapter, and you'll have the autonomy to influence product, people and strategy rather than simply working within an established formula.
