We're representing a growing organisation in Southampton that is expanding its face-to-face brand and charity representation team. They're looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals who enjoy meeting new people, having meaningful conversations, and representing causes that matter.
Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner working with businesses across the UK. On behalf of our client, we're looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join their team in Southampton as a Brand Ambassador.
The Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll work within the local community, speaking with members of the public and representing the charities and causes you're partnered with. Your role is to raise awareness of their mission, values, and the impact they make every day, through engaging, honest, face-to-face conversations.
You'll introduce people to each charity's goals, share inspiring stories, explain how support and donations make a real difference, and guide anyone who wants to get involved through a simple, positive sign-up process.
No previous sales, fundraising, or brand ambassador experience is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided from day one, so all you need to bring is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Your Responsibilities

Represent well-known charities and brands through face-to-face community campaigns.

Engage members of the public in friendly, confident conversations.

Share each charity's mission, values, and current campaigns clearly and honestly.

Guide new supporters through the sign-up process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Work towards individual and team targets.

Attend ongoing training covering communication, sales techniques, and personal development.

Contribute positively to a supportive, sociable team environment.

What You'll Receive

Full training and structured onboarding, with ongoing coaching from experienced team members.

Total earnings range between £1,935 and £ 2,000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
