What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different. As a Care Support Worker, you'll help people live the life they choose by:
* Supporting daily living activities and personal care where required
* Encouraging independence and building confidence
* Helping people pursue hobbies, interests and personal goals
* Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
* Supporting friendships and social connections
* Maintaining a safe, comfortable and welcoming home environment
* Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
* Completing records and documentation accurately

* This is a 24-hour service and requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and overnight shifts where required.
