We're looking for an experienced CAD Coordinator with a strong ductwork / Building Services background to join a growing contractor with a busy pipeline of projects across London and Surrey.
The business is open to both permanent and contract candidates, so whether you're looking for your next long-term move or a solid Outside IR35 contract, we'd like to hear from you.
You'll spend around 3 days per week in the Dartford office and 2 days on project sites.
What you'll be doing
Producing and coordinating ductwork CAD drawings
Supporting Building Services projects through detailed delivery
Coordinating drawings with wider MEP services
Working closely with project and site teams
Resolving drawing and coordination issues
Supporting projects across London and SurreyWhat we're looking for
Strong CAD experience - essential
Previous ductwork experience
Building Services / MEP contractor experience
Good understanding of construction-stage coordination
Active CSCS card desirable
Able to work between Dartford and project sitesPermanent or Contract
Permanent: £45,000-£55,000 + strong bonus potential
Contract: £24-£30 per hour, initial 6 months
There's plenty of work ahead, including a multimillion-pound project starting in October and a long-term programme of retail projects. For contractors, there's good potential for work beyond the initial six months, while permanent candidates will be joining a business looking to grow over the coming years.
