How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a great opportunity for someone with existing Quality experience who wants to develop their technical knowledge and play a hands-on role in food safety, quality systems, customer complaints and continuous improvement.

You'll be joining a busy manufacturing environment where Quality plays a key role in maintaining standards, supporting customers and driving improvements across the site.

    The Role

Working as part of the Quality team, you'll provide essential support across the site's quality systems and day-to-day quality activity.

    Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining quality management systems, records and documentation.
Supporting the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
Assisting with root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
Supporting non-conformance investigations and follow-up actions.
Checking product coding and maintaining traceability records.
Supporting documentation for customer audits and regulatory inspections.
Working with other departments to resolve quality concerns effectively.
Ensuring quality documentation remains accurate, up to date and compliant with internal and industry requirements.

    What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, technically curious and genuinely interested in Quality within food manufacturing.

    You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a Quality Administrator, Quality Coordinator or similar role.
A good understanding of HACCP and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
Experience or understanding of root cause analysis and problem solving.
Knowledge of product coding and traceability.
Strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Food manufacturing experience would be advantageous, alongside exposure to internal auditing, quality management systems or CAPA processes.

    Why Apply?

This is more than an administration role. You'll gain exposure across a broad range of Quality, Food Safety and Compliance activities, working alongside an experienced Quality team within a busy manufacturing environment.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing Quality experience and develop towards a broader technical career within food manufacturing.

If you're ready for your next move in Quality, we'd love to hear from you.
